By purchasing or booking any service, the client acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The content, consulting, research, and tutoring services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, medical, financial, or professional guarantees. Eliques Portfolios: Consulting, Research & Tutoring LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use, cancellation, or dissatisfaction.
Refund Policy
Eliques Portfolios: Consulting, Research & Tutoring LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for tutoring, consulting, or research services are final and non-refundable. This applies in all situations, including but not limited to:

Client cancellation of a tutoring session, regardless of timing.

Cancellation of a consulting or research project after payment has been made.

Work that has already begun, including preparation, planning, or research time spent prior to the scheduled service.

Booking a service that does not fall within the services listed; in such cases, the appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
The time, resources, and effort invested in preparing for each service cannot be recovered once committed. For this reason, all fees are considered earned at the time of booking or project initiation, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Each service requires a minimum of one (1) hour of preparation time, which is included in the total cost. Therefore, a one-hour session is treated as two hours of service (one hour of prep plus one hour of delivery).
